Equipment pipeline structure: The specific composition of barreled water filling line includes: automatic cap pulling machine → automatic brush barrel machine → automatic bucket loading machine → automatic washing and disinfection → automatic filling → automatic lid, cover and gland → lamp inspection → automatic heat shrink film machine → automatic bagging machine (including conveyor belt).
Ⅰ.Working principle
The machine adopts automatic program control, and its working process is as follows:
1. Bottle washing: After washing the bottle through five stations, the first station uses chlorine dioxide (CLO2) washing and disinfection, the washing time is adjustable, the first station time is 12S, the second station is 12S, the third station is 12S, the fourth station is pure water cleaning, the time can be adjusted according to different needs, the fifth station is to rinse the residual water in the bucket.
2. Filling: The clean bucket is transported through the chain conveying mechanism, straightened by the bucket supporting mechanism, and then the filling valve pressure is straightened, and the filling time can be adjusted according to the flow of the filling pump.
3.Capping: When the filling is finished, the transmission mechanism sends the bucket filled with water to the capping machine cover, the covered bucket is passed to the capping mechanism, and the capping cylinder presses the cap tightly, so far, a washing and filling cycle is completed.
