Ⅱ.Production process:

1. Raw water is purified and sterilized after water treatment system and stored in purified water storage tank;

2. The juice is prepared by the juice making system, and the prepared juice is temporarily stored in the insulated jar (for heat preservation);

3. The automatic heat-resistant PET bottle blowing machine is connected with the filling machine through the air feed machine;

4. Pump the prepared juice into the juice filling machine;

At the same time, the empty bottle passes through the three-in-one rinse, filling and capping block, and the bottle will be rinsed, filled and capped.

5. Bottled water flows out of the filling machine and is transferred to the bottle flipping sterilization machine. After the bottle cap and bottle mouth are sterilized by the sterilization machine, they are transferred to the cooling bottle machine;

6. The bottle will be dried after the hair dryer, and the dried bottle will be sent to the labeling machine and PE film shrink packaging machine;

7. The packaged bottled water flows out of the PE film shrink packaging machine.
