Introduction of product details
Seawater desalination is the use of seawater desalination to produce fresh water, which is mainly divided into two categories: distillation method (thermal method) and membrane method, Reverse osmosis separates seawater from fresh water by using a semi-permeable membrane that allows only solvents to pass through, but not solutes.
Ⅰ.Principle:
When the pressure on the dilute solution side of the semi-permeable film is the same as that on the concentrated solution side, the water in the dilute solution enters the concentrated solution side through the semi-permeable film and reduces the concentration of the concentrated solution.
If a certain pressure is applied to the concentrated solution side, the permeability of the dilute solution side and the concentrated solution side can be balanced, and this applied pressure is called osmotic pressure. The size of osmotic pressure not only depends on the solution system, and is related to the solute concentration and temperature, if the applied pressure on the concentrated solution side exceeds the osmotic pressure, the number of water molecules entering the dilute solution side through the semi-permeable film from the dilute solution side is more than the number of water molecules entering the concentrated solution side through the semi-permeable film from the dilute solution side in a unit time, this process is called reverse osmosis.
The separation process of seawater desalination membrane technology is to make use of the property that the semi-permeable membrane only allows water to pass through and retains the dissolved solid. The osmotic pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is the driving force, so that the water from the concentrated solution side enters the dilute solution side through the semi-permeable membrane, so as to realize the desert process of separating solute and solvent on the concentrated solution side.
Ⅱ.Production process:
1. Seawater intake: seawater is diverted to the pool through the pump.
2, pretreatment: by adding oxidant, reducing agent, flocculant and other reagents to the seawater for preliminary sterilization, PH adjustment, precipitation pretreatment, and then into the clear pool.
3, precision treatment: through pretreatment can reduce a large number of organic microorganisms and sand and other large particle matter in seawater; At this time, the water can enter the security filter, microfiltration or ultrafiltration and other high-precision filtration equipment to further remove colloids, microorganisms and other impurities in the water.
4, RO treatment: the seawater after precision treatment can meet the water intake requirements of seawater desalination membrane, and do the final desalination treatment; Make the final production of water up to standard.
5, reuse treatment: the concentrated water after desalination membrane filtration will return to the original intake water or do other corresponding use, making the use efficiency of the whole desalination system has been greatly improved.
Ⅲ.Membrane method of seawater light advantage:
1. There are obvious differences between membrane desalination technology and traditional separation technology. The traditional separation technology has high cost and high energy consumption. The biggest advantage of reverse osmosis is that it saves energy.
2. Concentration separation does not require heating, and there is no modification problem of heat-sensitive substances. Membrane separation technology has no special requirements for temperature and can inhibit the propagation of bacteria in the treated liquid.
3. Membrane desalination technology has unparalleled desalting rate, which can ensure that one level of penetration can obtain pure water from seawater.
4. Desalination membrane has good desalting performance, strong stability and low operation and maintenance cost.
5. At present, the large-scale membrane desalination technology adopts a fully automated process, and implements a two-stage filtration mode to make full use of water resources and reduce the ratio of wastewater. Membrane desalination technology is the most frequently used desalination method in the world.
Ⅳ.Main application field
The establishment of seawater desalination projects is mostly applied in coastal areas and islands, and the fresh water resources produced are mostly used in industrial fields and high-water consumption industries and municipal water supply, and the technology can also be used in the chemical industry, power industry, agricultural irrigation, municipal water supply, island drinking water and other fields。
