Principle:

Ultra-pure water equipment is the use of pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra-purification treatment and post-treatment methods, the conductive medium in the water is almost completely removed, and the water does not dissociate colloidal substances, gases and organic matter are removed to a very low degree of water treatment equipment.

1, Pre-treatment by quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, automatic water softener, precision filter composition, can also choose ultrafiltration system as a pre-treatment, the main purpose of pre-treatment is to remove the sediment contained in raw water, rust, colloidal substances, suspended matter, chrominance, odor, biochemical organic matter.

2, the reverse osmosis main machine is mainly composed of high pressure pump, membrane shell, reverse osmosis membrane component, online instrument, control electrical and so on. As long as the number of membranes and the type of pump is properly selected, the desalination rate and water production of the reverse osmosis host can reach the rated index, and the effluent conductivity can be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 10us.CM.

3, the post-treatment part is to further deepen the treatment of pure water made by reverse osmosis to make ultra-pure water, usually ion exchange mixed bed equipment or EDI equipment, according to customer requirements, the water resistance can reach 18.25 mΩ.cm.
