Ⅰ.Principle:
Ultrafiltration equipment is mainly used for the deep purification of drinking water, tap water, well water
and surface water, the treatment of water for production processes of all walks of life, the treatment of water for food and drugs, the clarification, separation, purification and concentration of various materials, industrial wastewater treatment, water reuse, RO pretreatment, etc. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, low operating cost, small footprint and high filtration accuracy.
Characteristics of UF membrane:
1, ultrafiltration membrane in the treatment of water quality is higher than the traditional treatment technology on the removal of impurities.
2. Ultrafiltration membrane can reduce or even eliminate chemical ingredients to a certain extent, so as to avoid the occurrence of secondary pollution.

9, ultrafiltration membrane production water quality is high: turbidity ≤0.1NTU, SDI≤3, suspended matter<1mg/L.
The raw water is pressurized by the primary water pump, passed through the belt filter and precision filter, and sent to the ultrafiltration membrane assembly for treatment into pure water, and the pure water is sent to the pure water tank for storage.
Ultrafiltration equipment is mainly used in desalination of seawater, purification of food and beverage water and drinking water, industrial and agricultural wastewater treatment, sterilization, bioactive material recovery, refining, etc., widely used in textile, chemical, electric power, food, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, biology, pharmaceutical, fermentation and other fields.
Ⅱ.Composition of reverse osmosis equipment:
(1). pretreatment system: generally including raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine, so as to meet the influent requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific situation of raw water.
(2). reverse osmosis system: mainly includes multistage high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel), bracket and so on. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water, so that the effluent can meet the requirements of use.
(3). cleaning system: mainly consists of cleaning water tank, cleaning water pump, precision filter. When the effluent index of the reverse osmosis system is polluted and cannot meet the requirements, it is necessary to clean the reverse osmosis system to restore its function.
(4). Electrical control system: it is used to control the normal operation of the whole reverse osmosis system. Including dashboard, control panel, all kinds of electrical protection, electrical control cabinet, etc.
