Ⅰ.Scope of applicatior:

1、Treatment  water:standard  type   1.0~50.0(m³/h),greater   than  50.0(m³/h)need  to   be  designed  separately.    

2、Raw  water  concentration   :BOD5:standard   type   ≤250mg/L,enhanced   type   ≤400mg/L,more   than  400mg/L

need  to  be  designed  separately.

Ⅲ.Work principle：

The  design of integrated sewage treatment equipment is mainly for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage.The main treatment means is to use the more mature  biochemical treatment technology-biological contact oxidation method.It consists of six parts;

(1)Anaerobic pool ;

(2)contact oxida- tion pool ;

(3)Sedimentation pool ;

(4)Disinfection pool and disinfection  device ;

(5)sludge pool ;

(6)Air room;

The anaerobic pool is set up for denitrification treatment,and the YDT type stereoelastic fillers are set in the pool as the carrier of denitrifying bacteria.The nitrate ammonia and acid oxygen in the  nitrification solution are reduced to nitrogen under the action of denitrifying bacteria,so as to achieve the purpose of denitrifica-tion.The effective residence time of the anaerobic pool is 2.5-3.5h,and  the dissolved oxygen is controlled within ≤0.5mg/L.

(2)Contact oxidation pool:the sewage flows to the contact pool for biochemical treatment,the contact pool is divided into three levels,the residence time is 8h,(the contact oxidation  time of the enhanced equipment can reach 8~12h)The filler is a new elastic filler,easy to conjunctival,no blockage,the gas-water ratio of the contact oxidation pool is about  15:1.

(3)Sedimentation  pool:The biochemical sewage flows to the sec-ondary sedimentation pool,the secondary sedimentation pool is a vertical sedimentation,the surface load is<10m³/m2·h,and   the sludge is raised to the sludge pool.

(4)Disinfection pool,disinfection device:disinfection pool according to the specification:“TJ14-74”standard is not less than 30 minutes,if  the  hospital sewage,disinfection pool can  increase  the  residence time to 1~1.5h.The automatic chlorine dioxide generator developed and produced by our company can be used for disinfection  treat-ment.The equipment can constantly change  the dosage according to the size of the water output,so as to achieve the purpose of more water and more medicine,less water and less medicine.Other disin-fection devices can be prepared separately. 

MBR is a biofilm method,which is a carrier flow bed moving bed biofilm reactor.MBBR integrated sewage treat-ment equipment is a new type of high-efficiency reactor between  Activated sludge and fixed biofilm process.The fill- ers with a larger specific surface area in the reactor move freely in the water due to stirring.When the sewage contin-uously  passes through the reactor equipped with moving fillers,it grows on the fillers to form a biofilm,and microor-ganisms on the biofilm multiply in large numbers.Heterotrophic    and autotrophic microorganisms use C,N,P,etc.in the water for metabolism,thereby purifying the sewage.It not only has the advantages of the traditional biofilm method,such as shock load resistance,long sludge age and less excess sludge,but also has the high efficiency and operational flexibility of the Activated sludge.
